As a data-driven marketing company, we believe that leveraging customer data to improve the results of any marketing initiative is at its core, essential to the success of both SHC Direct and our clients. Annually SHC Direct conducts a one question customer satisfaction survey that gets to the heart of how our clients feel about us as a company, and the value we bring to our relationship with them. What is this one question that we feel provides us with the appropriate level of customer feedback?

On a scale of 1 to 10, how likely is it that you would recommend SHC Direct to a friend or colleague?

This one question helps us ascertain our Net Promoter Score, which tallies the difference between our 'promoters' and our 'detractors'. If we are providing a service that is valued by our clients, our score should be healthy. If not, not only will our clients not refer us, but they will find a service provider whom they feel will add more value to their business.

Due to the hard work of all our associates, SHC Direct scored over a 50, which is at the high end of the range as compared to the most successful companies worldwide that use this measurement to track their customers' satisfaction with their organizations. We are very proud of this accomplishment, but are striving to increase our score each year as the 'satisfaction bar' is continually raised.
