Program Management
SHC Direct houses the resources you need to manage all program elements, including IT, data management, decision support analytics, reporting, creative, print production and customer service. Although you will never be denied access to any of SHC Direct's staff, your account will be driven by a dedicated client team, led by the Relationship Manager and Client Services Manager.

The SHC Direct Relationship Manager is responsible for ensuring our clients' objectives, requirements and business needs are at the forefront of the deliverables and strategic recommendations we offer. As the leader of our implementation and ongoing management team, they are the voice of the client's organization to SHC Direct and the voice of SHC Direct to our clients. Your RM works very closely with our Decision Support Analytics team to define and monitor key performance indicators, while continually advancing strategic and tactical recommendations based on program data and in response to environmental triggers within and surrounding your program.

Working in tandem with the Relationship Manager is the Client Services Manager, who is responsible for the successful execution of all identified program operations and reporting deliverables. As the internal operational quarterback, the CSM aligns the delivery efforts of the entire SHC Direct team — from communication projects to reporting to customer service training, the CSM is tasked with ensuring that the elements you request are fully implemented, and is your day-to-day point of contact for all delivery elements.





SHC Direct InfoStation
At SHC Direct, we make it a priority to give each of our clients the opportunity to stay as involved and informed as they like with minimal effort and maximum data security. Moreover, we feel it is equally important to share this information in a way that is understandable and easy to use, and furthers our ultimate goal of answering questions and getting you closer to your customers. As the central repository of all of your program information and reports, SHC Direct's InfoStation provides you with a single access point to review data, program results, communications and more. This means that throughout your program, you'll have real-time access to everything you need to understand and assist in the decision-making process and monitor your program's results as they unfold. InfoStation is available behind a secure firewall, accessible only to key stakeholders via password.

InfoStation consists of the following components:

1. STATmaster
Also known as a program dashboard, the SHC Direct STATmaster is a powerful web-based management, data visualization and query tool that provides:

An easily accessible and consolidated view of loyalty and channel program data and performance
Built-in queries and customized key performance indicators and metrics
Integrated report generation
Ad-hoc query and drilldown capability
An ability to integrate quantitative data analysis and prediction models developed in conjunction with SHC Direct's Decision Support Analytics team.

2. REPORTmanager
To eliminate the need for sending reports and sensitive program information via email or hard-copy, REPORTmanager serves as a depository and collaboration point of all operational reports, and manages the information behind a secure firewall, accessible only to authorized visitors associated with your program.

REPORTmanager facilitates the management of all reports and program information by allowing authorized visitors to:

Create folders for grouping and storing information/reports
Load files, images, etc. to the appropriate folders
"Check-Out" stored files for review
Track revision history for any changes to files

3. CREATIVEcenter
Aligning all sample creative, art files and final images of program components, CREATIVEcenter provides a single place to archive all communication materials.

4. WEBwatch
The InfoStation WEBwatch section tracks and reports all web activity associated with your program's web site(s), including hits, sessions, domains and browser activity.
