Mark Horbal, Vice President Information Technology, joined SHCDirect from V Technology Group, where he served as president and chief architect for mission critical systems. Prior to joining VTG, he was involved in consulting and software product development in the private sector and Bell Laboratories . His experience in information technology, management and business development spans nearly 30 years. Horbal holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Illinois.
